HealthyKitty meals are prepared fresh, in small batches, and made to order. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be dispatched, as each recipe is carefully prepared, packed and readied for delivery.
All packages are shipped via Australia Post. Please note that Australia Post may experience occasional delays; we recommend checking the Australia Post website for the latest delivery time estimates for your area.
Shipping Rates & Services
We proudly offer Australia-wide shipping with both Standard and Express delivery options available at checkout.
Standard Shipping
- Orders up to 5kg: $9.95
- Orders above 5kg: $14.95
Express Shipping
- Orders up to 5kg: $14.95
- Orders above 5kg: $19.95
Shipping costs for heavier parcels increase significantly due to Australia Post weight and cubic pricing structures. Our tiered shipping system helps us keep product prices fair and stable while continuing to provide reliable Australia-wide delivery.

Changes to Orders
Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to change the items in your order. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that address amendments are not always possible after an order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID. You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website using this ID.
