Who is HealthyKitty?
HealthyKitty is a Gold Coast based business passionate about creating high
quality, nutritious cat food free from grains, oil, sugar, sodium, artificial preservatives, colours or flavours. We believe in only providing healthy, nutrient-dense meals for your little darling with recipes crafted by a Nutritionist to ensure a well-balanced healthy diet. We then deliver these fresh, luxurious meals straight to your door upon an order being placed.

Where do the Ingredients come from?
At HealthyKitty, we believe in keeping it close to home. Our ingredients are proudly sourced fresh from trusted farmers around Tweed Heads, including partners like Greg and Tom, who grow with care and passion.
Why is HealthyKitty the healthiest meals in the market for my Kitty? Part 1/2
What makes HealthyKitty different than most of the wet food in the supermarket is our ingredients. What you see on the label is exactly what we have put in the food, so you will know exactly what you are feeding your little darlings as there are no mystery ingredients and you no longer have to worry about what “by-products” really means. We do not include any nasties as your little darling’s health and happiness is our main priority.

What types of ingredients do you use in your HealthyKitty meals?
We only use high quality, premium
ingredients such as poultry, meat, fish, eggs and vegetables as we only believe in
the freshest, real ingredients, carefully selected for your little darling’s nutritional value and taste.
Are your meals free of sugar, oil, sodium, grains and any other additives?
Absolutely! All of our meals include essential amino acids (protein), essential
fat, vitamins and minerals. We do not use any source of carbohydrate-rich ingredients such as grains (commonly found in dryfood) as there is no known dietary carbohydrate requirement that exists for your little darlings.

Each HealthyKitty meal is created behind the science of a wet food diet is the best way to feed your little darlings. Cats in the wild eat the entire animal that they have hunted, which also constitutes the water content of the animal. The animals that wild cats hunt are typically herbivores and therefore cats obtain their dietary fibre and all other essential nutrients from them. Domesticated cats are just the same. They should be obtaining their water, fibre and essential nutrients intake from their food.
Eating a dry food only diet or dry food heavy diet with complementary wet food can be detrimental to the health of your little darlings as they usually contain grains and fillers that are rich in carbohydrates as there is no known dietary carbohydrate requirement that exists for your little darlings. Furthermore, carbohydrates break down into sugar within the body, something your little darlings definitely do not need. Carbohydrates are usually thought of as energy foods, but your little darlings utilize protein and fat very efficiently for those needs. This is one of the reasons why your little darlings have such a high requirement for quality protein.
Switching to a wet food diet will immensely improve the health of your little darlings as they will be eating a diet closer to what they evolved to eat.
Placing An Order
How do I place an order?
Click on the ‘Shop Now’ tab and you can select the items that you want to add to your trolley. During the checkout process, enter your personal contact information and your delivery address. Then, proceed to payment and select your preferred payment method. You can manage any current or future orders through your Account dashboard as well as any order history.

You can enter your discount code at checkout. All you have to do is enter

Shipping And Delivery
How are my Kitty’s meals transported?
We proudly partner with Australia Post to deliver your meals safely and reliably. All orders include free standard shipping Australia-wide.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders include free standard shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post.
What are your delivery areas?
We offer free delivery Australia-wide, bringing HealthyKitty meals straight to your door wherever you are.
If you live in a very remote area, feel free to reach out to our friendly customer care team — we’ll be happy to confirm delivery options and make sure your order arrives safely.
Do I need to be home to receive my Kitty’s meals?
You do not need to be home for your HealthyKitty delivery. Australia Post will leave our packages at your door without a signature required to ensure that the box is delivered in a timely manner.
What time of the day will I receive my delivery?
Delivery times can vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s schedule. Once your little darling’s meals are on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email from Australia Post. This will give you a live update and an estimated delivery window, so you’ll know when to expect your special delivery.
What are your delivery windows?
We have a delivery window, in the daytime between 08:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m.
Will the courier call, text or buzz at the time of delivery?
If you add a mobile number to your shipping information, you’ll receive an SMS with a tracking link the evening prior to your delivery. This tracking link is updated live and provides you with a 2 hour window ETA and your proof of delivery photos once your meal have been delivered. You will also receive an SMS at the time of delivery. The driver won’t call you unless absolutely necessary.
Where will the courier leave my delivery?
Unless you provide alternative delivery instructions for the driver, the default delivery drop spot is at your front door or apartment reception area. If the driver isn’t able for any reason able to follow your delivery instructions, your little darling’s box of goodies will be left in the default drop zone.
Can the delivery driver take my order inside?
While the driver will open your gate to access your front doorstep if needed, they will never enter your property including opening the front door or garage door. If you live in an apartment, the driver will leave your box at the reception area. Drivers are unable to open boxes for you or remove items as the box must remain sealed until you receive it.
Something is missing from my delivery, what do I do?
We ask if you could please double check the meals you ordered from your confirmation e-mail or the ‘Past Orders’ section of your dashboard. If there’s still something missing, please get in touch with our friendly customer care team.
I live in an apartment, where will the courier leave my delivery?
The default delivery drop spot is at your apartment reception area or underneath the intercom.
